Aleksandar serves on the editorial board of the Archives of Sexual Behavior, Journal of Sex Research, Sexuality and Culture, and Sexual Medicine Reviews. He received the European Federation of Sexology Gold Medal and the Alfred C. Kinsey Distinguished Researcher Award for his work.

Charlotta Holmström
Associate professor and managing director of the Centre for Sexology and Sexuality Studies, Department of Social Work, Faculty of Health and Society, Malmö University, Sweden.
Expertise and research interests: sociological perspectives on sexuality and intimate relations in relation to legal regulation, the social services, and the health care sector. Her empirical research focuses on young people and sexual consent, sexual health and migration, sex for compensation and sexual counseling within the health care sector.
Lotta’s research has been published in journals such as Sexualities, Culture, Health & Sexuality, Psychology & Sexuality, Sexuality & Culture and Sexuality & Disability. She has been the principal investigator for several research projects in national and Nordic context.

Eva Elmerstig
Associate Professor and Associate director at the Centre for Sexology and Sexuality Studies, Department of Social Work, Faculty of Health and Society, Malmö University, Sweden.
Expertise and research interests: Sexual functions and sexual dysfunctions. Sexual health linked to various diseases and conditions such as cancer, acquired brain injury, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), infertility, and menopause. Uses both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Eva’s research has been published in journals such as Journal of Sex Research, Archives of Sexual Behavior, Psychology & Sexuality, Sexuality and Disability, Sexuality & Culture, and Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy. She is the principal investigator in diverse multidisciplinary research teams.

Peer Briken
Full Professor and Director of the Institute for Sex Research, Sexual Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry at the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, Germany.
Expertise and research interests: Clinical research related to Compulsive sexual behaviour disorder, paraphilic disorder, sexual dysfunction. Prevention of child sexual abuse and sexual violence.
Peer serves of the editorial board of Journal of Sex Research, The Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, The International Journal of Sexual Health. He is past president of the German Society for Sex Research and principal investigator in diverse research projects (e.g. EU funded).

Joana Carvalho
Assistant professor of Psychology, director of the Sexual Behavioral and Health Lab, at the Department of Education and Psychology, University of Aveiro, Portugal; integrated researcher at the William James Center for Research, Portugal.
Expertise and research interests: Sexual health, focusing on male and female sexual (dys)function; perpetration of sexual violence, including offenders’ risk factors, societal perceptions legitimating sexual violence and prevention programs; laboratory sex research on the cognitive and emotional aspects of human sexual response; psychological perspectives regarding sexuality in the transition to the digital era.
Joana serves on international scientific (e.g., International Society of Sexual Medicine) and editorial (e.g., Sexual Medicine Reviews, International Journal of Sexual Health) boards; she is the president of the Portuguese Society of Clinical Sexology and principal investigator in diverse, multidisciplinary research teams.

Tanja Vučković Juroš
